Legionella Risk Assessment Schematics

Clear, concise visual of a buildings water system and where the water system runs is paramount to ensuring the control of legionella. Effectively this is a map of the water systems within a building identifying risk areas for a building, flow of water, the waters source, dead legs, outlet types and most importantly the critical path of water.

A water system schematic must be present on site to give a risk assessor or workforce a clear image in their minds of the buildings pipework configuration, this will help identify risks, stagnant areas, temperature faults, direction of flow & the water's source – this will help combat the control of legionella bacteria in a water system and identify and assist in remedial control measures that take place.
